Items purchased on SALE are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Eligibility for Exchange (Domestic Orders)

An item will only be eligible for exchange if:

  • The item is received in damaged condition, or
  • The wrong article was delivered

Important Terms

  • Approved items will be exchanged only for the same article (subject to stock availability)
  • Replacement items are not issued as coupons
  • If unavailable, our team will assist you in placing a new order with adjusted value
  • Our support team will contact you within 48 hours after receiving the returned item
  • Libas-e-Mudassar is not obligated to provide monetary refunds unless conditions are met

Conditions for Exchange / Refund Review

To qualify:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be attached
  • Color differences due to lighting/screens are not valid claims
  • Accessories or styling items in photos are not included unless mentioned
  • Claims for extra items not listed will not be accepted
  • Only paid orders canceled before dispatch are eligible for refund

Timeframe for Reporting

Customers must report issues within 3 working days of receiving the order.
Requests after this period may not be processed.

Exchange Procedure (Domestic Orders)

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact Customer Support within 3 working days
  2. Provide:

  • Leopard Courier

Note: Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Wait for confirmation before sending the item
  • Share tracking details within 5 days after dispatch

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

Processing Time:

  • 5–7 working days (processing by Libas-e-Mudassar)
  • Additional time may be required by your bank

Important Legal Notes

Libas-e-Mudassar will not be responsible for:

  • Orders already processed or dispatched
  • Refused deliveries (no refund/compensation)
  • Customs issues for international orders
  • Customer must provide required documents
  • Orders stuck in customs are not refundable
