Order Acceptance

Your order is considered accepted once you receive a confirmation email from Libas-e-Mudassar or see a confirmation message after checkout along with a system-generated order number.

This confirmation indicates that your order request has been received and is being processed.

Order Cancellation

Libas-e-Mudassar reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Product being out of stock at the time of processing
• Technical errors during order placement
• Suspicious or negative order history
• Product found defective during quality control
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
• Pricing errors on the website
• Payment declined by the issuing bank or payment provider

Customers may cancel their order any time before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Delivery Delays

Libas-e-Mudassar always aims to deliver orders as quickly as possible according to our standard delivery schedule.

However, Libas-e-Mudassar will not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

These may include:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms, etc.)
• Courier service disruptions
• Customs delays
• Technical or operational issues
• Other force majeure events

For the purpose of these terms, Force Majeure refers to events beyond the reasonable control of Libas-e-Mudassar.

We are not liable for delays, loss, damage, mis-delivery, or cancellation due to such circumstances.

Order Placement

Customers can place orders through available payment methods on the Libas-e-Mudassar website

We do not guarantee product availability at all times. If a product becomes unavailable, customers may be offered an alternative (design/color) within the same price range.

If no response is received, the order may be canceled without prior notice.

Payment Terms

International Orders:
Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

Orders within Pakistan:
Cash on Delivery (COD) available 

Orders above PKR 60,000:
Advance payment may be required

Custom / Stitching Orders:
100% advance payment required

Delivery Time

During Normal Business Days

Local Delivery (Pakistan):
5 – 7 working days

Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier service, and external factors.
